Poor People's Campaign Mass Meeting

Author, political leader and creator of the Moral Mondays movement Rev. Dr. William Barber is speaking at a mass meeting for the new Poor People's Campaign, 7:30 p.m. (doors open at 7 p.m.), at the historic Stone Temple Missionary Baptist Church, 3622 W. Douglass Blvd, Chicago. Maryanne O'Dowd from Countryside UU is coordinating a dinner beforehand at Green Tomato Cafe, 3750 W. Ogden Ave., Chicago. We'll meet for dinner at 5 p.m. Cost is $12 per person (includes sandwiches, sides, dessert, soft drinks, tax/gratuity), payable night of event.
