Unity Temply Unitarian Universalist Congregation

Religious Education

Unity Temple offers a complete range of religious education opportunities for both children and adults.

Children's Religious Education
Under the direction of Rev. Emily Gage, our Acting Director of Faith Development, a team of dedicated volunteers serve as instructors for Sunday morning classes for children at levels from Preschool through High School.

Children usually attend the opening part of the worship service in the Temple's sanctuary, then are led out to classes by their teachers.

  • Preschool through 4th Grade classes are offered during the 9:30 am service.
  • Preschool through High School classes are offered during the 11:15 am service.
  • Nursery childcare is available during both services.

Go the the Children's RE page to learn more about the curriculum and to get registration information.

Adult Religious Education
The Center for Spiritual Development offers unique learning opportunities for adults throughout the year. Offerings include lectures, workshops, classes, and forums covering a wide variety of topics related to religion, spirituality, personal growth, and social justice. In addition, the "Introduction to Unitarian Universalism" class is offered several times during the year for those desiring to become members of the congregation. Learn more...
