Youth
Our opportunitities for high school youth include a Coming of Age program for youth in ninth grade and a our youth group for youth in tenth through twelfth grade. These program meet regularly on Sunday mornings during services.
Coming of Age
Ninth Grade (9:00 Service Only)
A rite of passage year devoted to exploring Unitarian Universalist identity, theology, history and spirituality through discussion, drama, music, writing and art. This will be a time for participants to define their beliefs and put their faith into action.
Youth Group
Tenth‐Twelfth Grade (10:45 Service Only)
Discussions, activities, projects and learning experiences selected by our young people with input from their advisors. Travel to district level youth conferences (in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Missouri) and planning for social mission projects.
Youth are always welcome as guests in our religious education programs on Sunday. All young people who attend on a regular basis, whether visitors, friends or members should be registered. Please visit our registiration page for more information.
