Congregational Position on Civil Unions

Nomination for the Board of Trustees  – TO BE VOTED ON: Candidates for the Board of Trustees as presented by the Nominating Committee.


2008-2009 Budget

2008-2009 Budget  – TO BE VOTED ON: The 2008-2009 Fiscal Year Budget (July 1, 2008 - June 30, 2009) as approved by the Board of Trustees on April 16, 2008.


By-Laws Changes

Proposed By-Laws - April, 16 2008  – TO BE VOTED ON: The new UTUUC by-laws as approved by the Board of Trustees on April 16, 2008 (11 Pages). 

Proposed By-Laws- April 08 compared to Current By-Laws  – The new UTUUC by-laws to be voted on compared with the current by-laws (16 Pages).
 
Current By-Laws – The UTUUC by-laws as they are currently written (11 pages). 

Absentee Ballots

Absentee ballots are available for votes on the Congregational Position on Civil Unions and the Bylaws Changes (as required by the bylaws).   Only those original ballots received in the office by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, May 30 will be counted toward the vote total at the annual meeting on June 1.   Ballots must contain the valid signature of an eligible voting member to be counted.  

Absentee ballots do not count toward the 20% quorum required to conduct business at the Annual Meeting and will not be counted if no quorum is present.  All members are urged to attend the Annual Meeting in person if at all possible.

2008 Absentee Ballot - Original, signed ballots must be received in the Congregation Office by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, May 30.
